As the CEO of this company for 7 years I have met so many good people from around the world. Throughout the 47 years of my life I have had many experiences. I started out as a Watercraft Engineer in the U.S. Army. After 14 years and at the age of 31, I realized my passion to serve had changed and I received an Honorable Discharge with numerous awards and began a life in business with the civilian sector. I have enjoyed doing so ever since.
Our company is strongly motivated to perform because of the demand for quality products. Most of our staff have at least 5 years of experience with our company and all of our employees share our commitment to quality, as well as our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We have endured our share of hardships over the years without any financial support from the government or banks loans. Core Returns are mandatory for some parts and a core return kit is included with the part when shipped. Shipping cost of the core is already factored in order.
If you choose not to return the core within thirty days then a core fee will be charged against your account. If you order a part and return it we will glady refund your payment less shipping, handling and the restocking fee.
