Shipping Information:

Most orders, if purchased on our online store or called in before 4:00 PM EST are shipped the same business day.

Regular gound shipments are usually delivered via UPS 1-3 (Depending on Location) business days after the order is processed.

Next Day Air is available. Rates very depending on location. Please select delivery method at our online store or call customer service for next day rates.

Core Returns are mandatory for some parts and a core return kit is included with the part when shipped. Shipping cost of the core is already factored in order.

If you choose not to return the core within thirty days then a core fee will be charged against your account. If you order a part and return it we will glady refund your payment less shipping, handling and the restocking fee.

If the part was attempted to be installed or installed we are not allowed to issue a refund.
